ivan abril is a videographer and creative director who aims to tell unique stories through the works of sports.
born and raised in la who began his videography journey in his senior year of high school and since then been obsessed with his craft. Began filming basketball mixtapes into creating mini-movies and stories with a creative outlook.
ivan is mainly known for his long term work at long beach state athletics who created many videos and projects throughout his 4 years of undergrad. he covered women's soccer, volleyball, basketball, and softball. he has continued to improve his craft every year while learning to take on a leadership role as well.
outside of his work at long beach he has worked a lot in the basketball space which includes the drew league, aau basketball, and many other projects.
ivan's goal is to provide a different experience and perspective of story that encapsulates visuals, sounds, and emotions.
